It is suposed to be summer isn't it? It was just so wet, muddy with added sand to wear the drive chain awa .
I had two falls today trying to get up steep bits and just losing traction and not getting uncliped fast enough.
Kept up a really good pace with the club today as we split into a fast group and an even faster group (makes the slower ones feel better calling them that)
I was really pleased to make it up the stepped climb today as it was really quite tricking (I was the only one out of 12 of us that made it, my cycle helmet was feeling a bit tight after)
Great ride despite all the mud n gunge
